Meet the woman behind Tools for Better Living—and why she believes it's never too late to feel vibrant, connected, and fully alive.
I’ve spent over 30 years helping people feel better in their bodies. I ran a 25,000 square foot fitness facility for two decades, led countless classes, trained instructors, and built wellness programs that served thousands of lives.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
The most powerful transformations aren’t about pushing harder. They’re about returning to what matters.
Today, I work with women who want more energy, more joy, and more presence in this next season of life. Whether you're newly retired, navigating a health shift, or simply tired of feeling “meh,” I'm here to support you with compassion, clarity, and zero fluff.
